In 2009 came Zombieland, a small apocalyptic film, but with a completely fresh approach and dynamism. With the passage of time, Tierra de Zombies became a reference in the genre, and the career of its protagonists grew incredibly, to the point where currently the four (Abigail Breslin, Emma Stone, Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg) are nominated (or winners) to the Oscar, and since then, director Ruben Fleischer gained experience taking over tapes such as Anti-Gangster Force or Venom. Nine years after the premiere of the film, Fleischer and Reese announced that in October 2019, coinciding with the tenth anniversary, fans could finally enjoy the coveted second part. For this, the filmmaker estimated that the start of filming should take place in January 2019 so, here we go!.
